Orders & Delivery
Most orders are dispatched the same business day and delivered island-wide within 1–3 working days. Rural areas may take an extra day. You will receive a tracking reference once your order ships.
Delivery charges vary by location and order weight. The exact fee is calculated at checkout before you confirm your order. Free delivery may be available on qualifying orders.
Yes — use the Track Order page with your order reference. Registered customers can also view their full order history and status from their account dashboard.
You can browse and add items to your cart without an account. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your wishlist, and speeds up future checkouts.
Payments
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, and online payments via PayHere (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and KOKO Buy Now Pay Later.
Absolutely. All online payments are processed by PayHere, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details on our servers.
KOKO lets you split your purchase into 3 equal interest-free instalments. Simply select KOKO at checkout and follow the prompts to complete your KOKO account setup.
Products & Returns
Yes. We only source from verified suppliers and clearly label OEM vs. aftermarket parts. Product descriptions specify the quality grade so you know exactly what you are buying.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after inspection.

Wholesale
Visit the Wholesale page and complete the registration form. Once approved, you will see wholesale prices automatically when logged in.
Most products have no minimum order quantity for wholesale customers. Some special items may require a minimum — this is noted on the product page.
