By accessing or using the Chamee Mobile website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities available for purchase, discontinue any product without notice, and refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product colour and finish may vary slightly due to screen calibration differences.

All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

Wholesale customers who are logged in will see their applicable wholesale rates automatically.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that all information provided is accurate and complete, and that you authorise us to charge the selected payment method for the full order amount.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, PayHere (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), and KOKO Buy Now Pay Later. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

We ship island-wide across Sri Lanka. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Chamee Mobile is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

We accept returns when the item is defective or was incorrectly sent, you contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, and the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, or for change-of-mind purchases. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and code — is the property of Chamee Mobile or its suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Chamee Mobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, to the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law.

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
